How long till I receive my order(s)?

Our campaign products are made to order. An estimated shipping date can be found on the campaign page under the product size selector. Once your order is shipped, standard shipping times apply, and can be tracked via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

International shipments may take longer and up to 8 weeks depending on customs regulations for the country we are shipping to. Please contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time.

What are the associated shipping costs to my destination and/or country?

Shipping costs are always detailed on the checkout page. Costs depend on several variables including your shipping address, shipping method and number of items in your order.

Please note that if shipping to an international address outside of the continental USA, we cannot be responsible for import taxes and duties charged by your government. These additional costs will be charged at destination point.

If your order contains items from multiple campaigns which are shipping separately, your order may be shipped to you in separate shipments at different times.

My shipment was "Returned to Sender"?

In certain instances, your shipment may be deemed undeliverable by the post and returned back to us for various reasons. If this happens, we will gladly ship it back, or refund you in full for the cost of the item, upon receipt.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We stand behind all our products. If your product is damaged upon receipt, we will provide refunds within 30 days from the ship date.

In the instance that you are not happy with the size, please return the item back to us and we will send you back the new desired size should we have the inventory. We will need you to be responsible for the return postage back to us and we will pay the postage to re-ship to you.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to your original form of payment.
